In 2000 has been build this tournament to help yang players in there work for become professional players. During this years, at Trofeul D. Sturdza ITF Juniors 18 & under International Tennis Tournament competed many players who, after some years, becomes good professional players with high proof rankings. Now this Tournament is Grade 2.

Much important personality from tennis (Ilie Nastase, Ion Tiriac, Alexandr Metreveli, Dimitrie Sturdza and more…) came as guest at our Tournament to support young players and to make better festivities.
