Republic of Moldova has a law to protect the children. In respect with this law all coaches are obliged to have, for each young player an AUTHORIZATION FOR FOREIGN TRAVEL WITH MINOR.
 
You can see one approximate form witch can be useful for you: ENGLISH   ROUMANIAN
 
This document does not replace what is necessary in your country to travel.
If you have any problems to the border of Moldova please call Tournament Director [+37] 36 9108578.
Can be useful for you to have too a printed Fact Sheet of the Tournament and a printed Acceptance List.
